Job Description
We’re looking for a Junior QA Engineer who’s eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring smooth and reliable user experiences. This is a great opportunity to grow your QA skills while working closely with experienced engineers and product teams.
What will you do:
- Create and execute test cases based on product requirements.
- Support regression and sanity testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Work with automation scripts and contribute to building test automation where possible.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to clarify requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
- Report, track, and verify bugs through issue trackers.
- Take part in sprint planning and daily stand-ups, learning to proactively identify potential quality risks.
- Continuously learn QA best practices and tools to sharpen your skills.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in QA Engineering (internship or full-time), or a strong interest in starting a career in QA.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles (manual and/or automation).
- Familiarity with testing tools (Maestro, Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc.) is a plus.
- Some knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, or similar) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) is a plus.
- A meticulous and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
