Job Responsibilities
- Support the procurement process for Sales & Marketing requirements, including KOL/influencer negotiations, POSM procurement, and promotional materials.
- Handle procurement for low-value but high-administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (other departments) to gather requirements, source vendors, and manage purchase requests.
- Conduct supplier research, price comparisons, and basic negotiations to achieve cost savings and value.
- Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements, ensuring proper filing and tracking.
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve any issues with vendors.
- Assist in vendor evaluations, maintaining vendor databases, and providing recommendations for performance improvements.
Requirements
- Alignment with company values: agile, results-driven, analytical, attentive to customer needs, and humble to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering (preferably), or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
