Job Description

  • Develop a comprehensive strategic plans, with focus in onboarding & content plan to achieve client’s marketing and business objectives
  • Create proposal decks and present to clients
  • Conduct trend research to identify industry insights and emerging patterns.
  • Coordinate weekly batch/moodboard alignment sessions with creative team to ensure consistency and relevance.
  • Liaise with the lead for creative-focused planning needs, status of projects, and potential bottlenecks to maintain a seamless service flow.
  • Ensure that internal processes and workflows are optimized to meet the demands of external principles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, content planning or project management roles, preferably within the creative industry.
  • Experienced in a media agency, digital agency, digital marketing, or e-commerce is a big plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Capable of working both independently and on a team player, adaptable, and a fast learner with a can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Familiarity with creative processes and content production workflows is advantageous.
  • Proactive and inquisitive nature will be a big advantage for this role.
  • Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
