Job Description
- Execute digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and marketplace ads.
- Monitor daily performance, spending, pacing, and campaign KPI.
- Conduct basic campaign optimization based on performance.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Provide basic performance insights and recommendations.
- Support audience, creative, and campaign testing.
- Coordinate campaign execution with Senior/Strategist and related teams.
- Escalate campaign issues and performance deviations when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing / Digital Ads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or Marketplace Ads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with campaign optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with targets and deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, fast learner, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
