Job Description
- Monitor delivery performance review as per SLA promise
- Monitor vendor logistics partners performances as SLA agreed
- Support for continuing Improvements plan
- Build & maintain constant communication & good relationships with stakeholders (management, staff, and vendors) to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Support for handling ops issues / complaint related delivery
- Provide & receive feedback in a good manner
- Support for financial activities related
Requirements
- Minimum a high school (SMA/SMK) graduate of any major or Have a Diploma or higher degree in any field of study.
- Honest, strong integrity value and good attitude to connect with others
- Possess a strong sense of integrity and a positive attitude towards others.
- Self-driven, highly intuitive, and a team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Have 1 year of experience in related field
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Eager to learn and capable of working in flexible working hours.
- Willing to work in SIRCLO’s Jabodetabek warehouse
