Job Description
- Act as a bridge communicator between the local HR team and the China team.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Identify and assess departmental training needs.
- Analyze organizational and departmental issues and build relationships with relevant supervisors to gain comprehensive insights into organizational development concerns.
- Handle the end-to-end performance appraisal process.
- Support HR administration.
- Assist with employee data collection, data entry, and maintain a proper filing system.
- Manage employer branding initiatives.
- Create employee engagement events and build positive workplace relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Chinese Literature, or any related field.
- Internship experience of 6 months to 1 year is a plus.
- Passionate and highly interested in the Human Resources field.
- People-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiar with conducting various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress interviews, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Willing to be based in BSD, Tangerang.
