Job Description
- Diagnose and resolve issues reported by users, including those related to the Mobile App, Web Dashboard, or other platforms based on user descriptions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or development teams as needed.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with the product development team to suggest enhancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of the HRIS platform.
- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Create and execute test cases and document the results of both manual and automated tests.
- Ensure the application meets UI/UX standards and performs well across various devices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Support, QA Engineer, or Junior Fullstack Developer, preferably in a SaaS or HRIS environment.
- Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries, particularly React Native.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration into mobile applications.
- Understanding of debugging mobile applications using tools like React DevTools and Chrome DevTools.
- Familiarity with programming languages like PHP, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with strong time management skills.
- Strong understanding of HRIS software or similar systems.
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Katalon, Appium, or others.
- Experience using version control systems like Git.
