Job Description
Role Overview
The Junior Finance / CFO Office team member will provide administrative and operational support
to the CFO. This role is designed to streamline finance operations across multiple entities, ensure
timely follow-ups, and maintain proper documentation for audits, payments, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and process payment runs, including maker entries, reimbursements, and vendor
payments.
• Handle bank-related administration, such as KYC updates, account opening forms, and
correspondence with banks.
• Assist with audit data preparation — compiling supporting documents, tracking open items, and
coordinating with external auditors and fund administrators.
• Maintain and update financial records and filing systems across entities (both digital and physical).
• Take meeting notes and track action items, ensuring timely follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the CFO in reporting tasks, including expense tracking, cash flow updates, and
management reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties (e.g., legal, fund admin, tax consultants) to ensure
deliverables are completed on time.
• Provide general administrative support for finance-related matters.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance operations (fresh graduates with
strong internship experience may be considered).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and transaction documentation.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable with online banking platforms.
• Good communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
