Job Description
- Develop fresh, original, and short video concepts across diverse brand personalities.
- Craft scroll stopping hooks, write natural and fluid scripts, compose engaging captions, and build relatable narratives for TikTok.
- Combine creativity with an analytical mindset. Regularly review performance metrics and translate those insights into creative ideas for upcoming campaigns.
- Research trends, audience behavior, and content opportunities.
- Collaborate with talents, videographers, editors, and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
- Continuously experiment with new storytelling formats, AI workflows, and creative strategies.
Requirements
- Demonstrates a strong passion for short video content from various platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) with a proven track record of generating fresh, creative ideas across multiple brands.
- Possesses a strong understanding of platform algorithms, with the ability to craft compelling hooks and pacing that capture attention in the first few seconds.
- Enthusiastic about exploring modern AI tools and digital workflows to streamline brainstorming, enhance creative output, and accelerate the production process.
