Job Description:

Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints.
Lead brand performance tracking through in-depth analysis of market data, consumer insights, and ROI metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Manage the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns and product launches by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities using Nielsen and other data sources to identify risks and opportunities for the brand.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with strong academic performance (min. GPA 3.00/4.00).
2+ years of relevant experience in brand management or marketing, with proven involvement in strategic planning and campaign execution.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with market analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen) and a good understanding of consumer behavior and brand development principles.
