Job Description

We are looking for a driven and communicative Sales Executive to help grow Algobash by building relationships with companies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales process from outreach to closing.

Commission based on sales pipeline and closed deals is available.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience selling to HR teams or company decision makers is preferred
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field is preferred
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup
  • Willing to undergo a 3-month probation period with clear performance KPIs and revenue target.
