Job Description
Role Overview
Support client engagements across strategy, finance, and operations by conducting research, building analyses, and developing client-ready deliverables under the guidance of senior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Structure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks
- Conduct market, competitive, and financial research to inform client recommendations
- Build financial models, scenario analyses, and operational assessments in Excel/Sheets
- Develop concise presentations, memos, and reports for client leadership
- Prepare materials for and support client workshops, interviews, and working sessions
- Track workstream progress and flag risks or dependencies proactively
- Maintain organized documentation and version control across deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.3)
- 2+ years in consulting, finance, strategy, operations, or analytical roles
- Strong problem-solving ability with structured thinking
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides for modeling and presentations
- Clear business writing and slide-making skills
- Comfortable with tight deadlines and high attention to detail
- Professional communication in client-facing situations
- High ownership and ability to work independently
