Job Description
- Break down ambiguous business problems into clear, structured components.
- Conduct market, industry, financial, and operational research to support client engagements.
- Build clean, accurate analyses and financial models with clear insights and implications.
- Develop concise, client-ready presentations, memos, and reports.
- Support workshops, interviews, and meetings through preparation, note-taking, and synthesis.
- Track workstream progress, risks, and dependencies with disciplined execution.
- Maintain organized documentation and version control for all deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with consulting leads and provide input on hypotheses, insights, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top or competitive university.
- Minimum GPA 3.3.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, operations, research, or other analytical roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous issues.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for financial modeling, analysis, and scenario building.
- Ability to conduct structured research and extract clear, actionable insights.
- Strong business writing and slide-making skills with experience producing leadership-ready deliverables.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and professionalism in stakeholder or client-facing situations.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new industries, tools, and frameworks.
