Job Description

  • Adjust the basic day-to-day accounting activities, which include but are not limited to: journal entries, bank and account reconciliations
  • Perform basic admin and office management tasks
  • Support monthly closing and preparation of reporting packages
  • Maintain and balance an automated consolidation system by inputting data, scheduling required jobs, and verifying data.
  • Prepare GL entries by maintaining records and files
  • Assist the accounting manager in developing and implementing accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes
  • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Proven 1-2 years of work experience, including internship, as an accountant or in a similar role
  • Robust knowledge of PSAK, financial regulations, financial procedures, and business processes
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with using ERP systems
  • Eager to learn with a high level of initiative
  • Possess a strong sense of ethics and the ability to manage confidential data
  • Willing to work in hybrid arrangement (BSD, Tangerang Selatan)
