Job Description
- Assist daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Assist and handling journal entries, reconciliations, and financial closing.
- Maintain organized archives for withholding tax slips (Bukti Potong Unifikasi), VAT invoices from vendors, and import/export tax documents.
- Support the accounting team in audits, reconciliations, and other reporting needs.
- Assist audits by preparing relevant documentation and liaising with auditors.
- Process employee expense reimbursements in line with internal policies.
- Prepare and analyze AP and banking reports for management review.
- Assist in general administrative duties related to the finance or tax department.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and Tax or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate or 1 years working experiences in corporate accounting.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of journal entries and accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to multitask, follow through on tasks, meet deadlines within tight timeframes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, complemented by good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
