Job Description
- Account Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation for Finance Operational Process to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve the discrepancies on the Reconciliation Result. Initiate corrective actions and adjustments to prevent the issues in the future.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports regarding discrepancies and the statuses of the reconciliations. Assist in Daily, Weekly, monthly closing processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulations to mitigate the Internal Fraud Risk. Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures to improve the efficiency of the reconciliation processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and lead cross department coordination to resolve any issues related to Reconciliation Result.
- Adhoc Task as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance or Data engineering, with a strong emphasis on reconciliation processes especially related with the financial business operational flow.
- Accounting Software Proficiency, Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving Abilities, Communication Skills, IT and Coding Skills (very high plus point)
