Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer (Junior) to join our dynamic team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and close collaboration with our development team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience to further enhance their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
Ø Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development teams to design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
Ø Identify, document, and track software defects, inconsistencies, and bugs.
Ø Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing of Desktop, Web & Mobile applications.
Ø Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to developers and product teams.
Ø Create, maintain, and update test documentation, including test plans, cases, and scripts.
Ø Contribute to process improvement discussions and implement best practices in testing workflows.
Ø Ensure timely completion of testing tasks to meet project deadlines.
Ø Stay updated on emerging testing tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Requirements
qualification’s [educational, skill & competencies]:
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ø 1 to 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or testing (Manual/Automated).
Ø Strong understanding of Software Development and Testing Life Cycles.
Ø Candidates with a background in Finance, Insurance, or Fintech domains will have an added advantage.
Ø Hands-on experience with testing tools such as API, SQL, Selenium, JIRA, or Tesmo is highly preferred.
Ø Familiarity with Programming Languages (e.g., Python, Java, or Scripting Languages) is a plus.
Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ø Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
Ø Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ø Position is for Local Citizenship (Indonesian).
