Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Memahami fitur, kapabilitas, dan roadmap produk Google Workspace
- Membantu membuat materi presentasi, demo, dan dokumentasi produk untuk internal maupun pelanggan
- Mengikuti update terbaru dari Google Workspace dan menyampaikan insight kepada tim
- Mendukung analisis kebutuhan pelanggan dan mencocokkannya dengan fitur Google Workspace
- Membantu membuat solusi dasar, skenario konfigurasi, dan rekomendasi penggunaan
- Mendukung review arsitektur sederhana terkait Workspace (Gmail flow, Drive structure, security baseline)
- Mendukung analisis kebutuhan pelanggan dan mencocokkannya dengan fitur Google Workspace
- Mendukung review arsitektur sederhana terkait Workspace (Gmail flow, Drive structure, security baseline)
- Membantu melakukan tugas teknis dasar seperti: migrasi email atau file skala kecil, konfigurasi kebijakan dasar di Admin Console, setting OU, group, dan security policy level awal.
- Mendukung proses onboarding pelanggan terhadap Google Workspace
- Menangani pertanyaan teknis dasar dari pelanggan setelah implementasi & melakukan troubleshooting awal terhadap masalah umum Workspace
- Membuat dokumentasi internal (playbook, panduan implementasi dasar, modul training).
- Membantu membuat artikel knowledge base untuk pelanggan
- Melakukan update rutin terhadap dokumen produk dan proses
Requirements
Person We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor degree major in Computer Science, Information System or related field
- Pengalaman 0–2 tahun dalam IT support, product technical, atau cloud engineering
- Familiar dengan Admin Console Google Workspace
- Kemampuan membuat presentasi dan demo produk sederhana
- Pengalaman pre-sales atau customer-facing adalah nilai tambah
- Sertifikasi Google Workspace Administrator sangat membantu
- Pengetahuan dasar mengenai Google Workspace atau platform produktivitas lain.
- Pemahaman konsep IT dasar (email delivery, DNS, identity & access management).
- Tertarik pada bidang product knowledge dan teknologi cloud.
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, terutama dalam menjelaskan fitur teknis
- Cepat belajar dan mampu memahami update produk yang dinamis
- Detail-oriented dan terstruktur
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim lintas fungsi (sales, delivery, customer success)
- Komunikatif dan nyaman berinteraksi dengan pelanggan
- Full WFO at Wisma 46, Jakarta Pusat
