Jr. Nutritionist (Project-based)

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive nutrition consultations and guidance to support clients in achieving and maintaining their ideal body weight and overall well-being. The Nutrition Consultant will conduct assessments, develop personalized meal plans, monitor progress through ADIME documentation, and educate clients on healthy eating habits. The role also involves delivering consultations through both online and offline sessions, preparing nutritional reports, and providing continuous support to enhance clients’ nutritional knowledge and behavior.

Job Description:

• Provide nutritional consultations through various media including telephone, WhatsApp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, or face-to-face meetings when required, and respond within one (1) working day or according to the agreed timeline between parties.
• Handle up to 13 clients, guide their nutritional needs, and improve clients’ knowledge or eating behavior to maintain or achieve their ideal body weight.
• Conduct assessments of body weight, body composition, specific symptoms, and physical activity to support personalized nutritional planning.
• Implement nutritional checks and establish individual nutritional needs and balanced meal plans.
• Create documentation of ADIME (Assessment, Diagnosis, Intervention, and Monitoring/Evaluation) for each client.
• Provide nutritional consultations five (5) times during the five-month project period, consisting of one (1) offline session and four (4) online sessions, with the schedule to be determined separately by the client.
• Develop reference materials, including but not limited to meal planning guidelines.
• Educate employees about their nutritional and health needs to promote overall well-being.
• Monitor and respond to clients’ daily FAQs related to nutrition.
• Prepare and submit reports, including but not limited to research findings and consultation outcomes, to the client.
