Job Description
- Teach Japanese language classes for various levels
- Develop and supervise curriculum and training programs
- Lead and mentor teaching staff
- Oversee daily academic and operational activities
- Support marketing initiatives and partnerships to grow student enrollment
Requirements
- Native Japanese speaker (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Min. 5 years of teaching/working experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Conversational English or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat
