Job Description
Position : Technical Writer
Client: Insurance Company
Employment Type: 3-month contract, extendable
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Location: Setiabudi, South Jakarta (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gain an understanding of product features and documentation needs.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets industry standards and is appropriate for the target audience.
- Write clear and user-friendly interface text, online help content, and developer guides.
- Develop tutorials to assist end-users in navigating and using various applications effectively.
- Analyze existing and potential content with a focus on reusability and single-source opportunities.
- Create and maintain application architecture documentation.
- Perform all tasks in compliance with the Company’s established procedures and policies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
- Having experience in Insurance Company is a plus
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
- Familiarity with software development processes and applications.
- Knowledge of content management systems and documentation tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
