Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate team in handling HRIS and ERP system issues.
  • Act as the first escalation point for functional and technical problems related to HRIS and ERP.
  • Manage daily support activities, including incidents, problems, and change requests, in accordance with SLA
  • Serve concurrently as Project Lead for HRIS/ERP implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects at client sites.
  • Manage end-to-end client projects, including scope, timeline, resources, risks, and deliverables.
  • Act as the main point of contact (PIC) between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Lead HRIS/ERP implementation phases: requirement gathering, configuration, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project and system documentation (BRD, FSD, TSD, SOP, user manuals).
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and application security.
  • Conduct user training and provide knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure project objectives, SLA, and client satisfaction are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP/HRIS consulting.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Lead and/or Project Lead is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of ERP, including HR, payroll, finance, and procurement processes.
  • Direct experience in HRIS/ERP implementation projects (at least 1–2 full lifecycle projects).
  • Strong skills in requirement analysis, business process mapping, and solution design.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases (SQL), system integration, and application troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles (scope, timeline, risk, and change management).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with ticketing systems, SLA management, and support reporting.
  • Willingness to travel or work onsite at client locations when required.
