Job Description

  • Support the office operational, help troubleshoot and fixing employee issues
  • Collaboration with Customer Service to resolve customer issues
  • Assist the developer for testing using automation program to prevent any error in the production/operation
  • Provide post integration/operations support to company partners

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in IT/Computer or any related major
  • Mnimum 1 year of experience in related field
  • Good in English
  • Having a good understanding of API docs
  • Familiar with MySQL queries
  • Good at analytical thinking
