Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.
- Collaborate, Develop and Monitor to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of applications.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as IT Technical Lead.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of database management (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
