Job Description
The IT Talent Solution Manager drives growth in our core solutions, Mighty Talent, while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring a strong talent pool through collaboration with cross-functional teams:
- Coordinate with the hiring team to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates for current and future projects.
- Align talent availability with project needs and timelines.
- Present suitable candidates to clients and manage their onboarding efficiently.
Overseeing ongoing projects, ensuring talent delivers high performance:
- Monitor the performance of placed talent to meet client expectations and project goals.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Managing client relationships and ensuring consistent satisfaction:
- Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Regularly engage with clients, gather feedback, and adjust solutions to meet evolving needs.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Expanding the client base through business development and sales efforts:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase market presence.
- Proactively identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Grow the client base through targeted business development and sales initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or related field.
- Proficient in client management, issue resolution, and contract negotiation.
- Skilled in team performance monitoring, reporting, and client communication.
- Strong in Google Workspace (e.g Docs, Sheet, etc), invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Adept at identifying IT solutions and expanding client services.
- Experience in recruitment strategy, candidate selection, and reporting.
