Job Description
- Co-lead & assign daily support tickets, ensuring balanced workload and adherence to SLAs.
- Assist in managing IT projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and well-documented.
- Manage IT assets, software licensing, and vendor contracts
- Analyze support metrics and implement continuous improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and audit requirements
- Provide technical guidance and handle escalated support issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years as leader or supervisory role
- Proven ability to create and maintain detailed IT documentation and processes
- Strong administrative skills in asset management, licensing, and vendor coordination
- Technical proficiency in Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365 Admin, and Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills and a meticulous, process-driven work style
