Job Description
- Perform installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux) and general applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Provide support for network configuration and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to technical challenges.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying opportunities to improve IT processes.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
- Knowledge of operating system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking principles, including setup and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong initiative and a passion for learning to develop technical skills further.
