Job Description
- Provide first level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining laptops, printers and other office equipment.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective (accounts, access, devices).
- Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment in office.
- Support the team in executing IT improvement projects.
Requirements
- Last-year student or fresh graduate from University. Preferably from Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or other related studies.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
- Eagerness to learn and solve problems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite and assist during emergencies or urgent requests.
