Job Description

Assist the IT team in providing technical support to end-users
Help install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Support hardware and network troubleshooting activities
Assist in maintaining IT documentation and inventory records
Participate in IT projects and daily operational tasks
Learn and apply IT service management best practices

Requirements

SMK graduate or final year student in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Good communication and problem-solving attitude
Available for minimum 6 months internship period
