Job Description
- LED & Sound System Operation: Manage and operate LED displays and sound systems during events and matches.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on LED displays, sound systems, CCTV, and network servers to ensure optimal performance.
- CCTV Operation: Oversee the operation of CCTV systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage and security.
- Network & Server Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot network servers, including CCTV servers, ensuring uninterrupted service.
- Electronic Equipment Oversight: Ensure all electronic devices used during matches and non-match days are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Building Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of building facilities and utilities, ensuring that all systems are operational.
- Power Supply Management: Manage and maintain the genset and other power sources, ensuring reliable electricity supply at all times.
- Panel Room Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and proper operation of panel rooms.
- User Support: Provide IT support to users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving any IT-related issues.
Mobility Requirements:
This position is based in Legian, Bali and requires regular travel between the Bali United office in Legian, Dipta Stadium in Gianyar, Ngurah Rai Airport, and Bali United Training Center in Gianyar, as needed, to support the team and ensure all IT systems are functioning across locations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of LED and sound system operations.
- Experience with CCTV systems and network server maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially during events.
- Flexibility to work on match days, including evenings and weekends.
