- Provide top-notch IT support, helping our team troubleshoot and set up the tools they need to succeed
- Manage security systems, user accounts, and collaborate on backend development projects that enhance our platform.
- Help new team members hit the ground running and ensure smooth offboarding for those moving on to new adventures.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support and backend development.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding employees.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- A passion for making systems run like clockwork.
