Job Description
We are looking for our factory location Sukabumi
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Production System Support – Ensure production systems run smoothly and provide support to users when issues occur.
- Network & Infrastructure – Manage and maintain the stability of network infrastructure (LAN/WiFi) within the factory area.
- IT Asset & Inventory Management – Maintain IT asset records and perform routine checks on devices and equipment.
- User Support – Provide technical support and installation assistance for employees’ IT needs.
- Security & Backup – Maintain system security and perform regular data backups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking (LAN/WiFi), and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers, CCTV, and basic server management.
- Understanding of network infrastructure, TCP/IP, and internet connectivity.
