Job Description
- Perform Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) on IT equipment such as computers, printers, and network devices.
- Install and configure new IT equipment in accordance with BRI's standards.
- Manage service tickets and ensure issues are resolved within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Prepare daily and monthly technical activity reports.
- Coordinate with BRIBox Partner teams and relevant units to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMK), Associate Degree (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Networking, Informatics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year in IT technician or technical support roles.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel to different locations.
- Possession of a valid SIM C.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
- Willingness to be stationed in various locations across Indonesia.
