As an IT Support, you will:
- Managing Microsoft 365 Admin Center configuration and troubleshoot
- Set up and configure hardware and software for new hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices).
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks including LAN/WAN configuration, Wi-Fi setup and security, Basic firewall and router management
Requirements
- Min 1 year experience as IT Support
- Proficient in managing Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Hands-on experience with laptop setup and configuration for Windows (Software installations, BitLocker, driver updates, configurations), macOS (initial setup, software installations), mobile device & office equipment (initial setup)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Excellent documentation and inventory tracking skills (Excel/Spreadsheets)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication, both verbal and written
