Job Description

Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools
Ensuring SLA server
Monitor log and check server health
Maintain local network
Running SOP for recovery system

Requirements

Minimum associate degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience as IT support
Understanding LAN network and the internet
Understanding MySQL/Linux/PowerBuilder
Able to build and manage websites
Can handling virus and malware
Knowing computer problems quickly and responsively (troubleshooting)
Understanding server configuration
Understanding firewall configuration
Willing to work on shifts, which include weekends and public holidays
Can join ASAP
