Job Description
- Lead the SAP team in managing, supporting, and enhancing SAP systems.
- Oversee SAP daily operations to ensure system stability, performance, and availability.
- Manage SAP projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Work closely with business users to identify improvement opportunities and implement system enhancements.
- Coordinate with external vendors/consultants for SAP support and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and audit requirements.
- Develop SAP roadmap and guide the team through upgrades or migration projects (e.g., S/4HANA).
- Prepare project plans, status reports, and documentation.
- Train, coach, and supervise SAP functional and technical team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of SAP experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of major SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, Basis, ABAP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects.
- Good understanding of SAP system integration and business processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with S/4HANA is an advantage.
- SAP or project management certifications (e.g., SAP Activate, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
