Job Description
- Prepare and manage sales documents (proposals, PO, contracts, invoices, BAST).
- Monitor sales orders from deal closing through delivery or implementation.
- Maintain accurate customer, contract, and sales databases.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (pipeline, revenue, forecast).
- Support invoicing and payment follow-up with Finance
- Assist with tender, RFP/RFQ, and e-procurement administration when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper filing of all sales documents.
- Maintaining the CRM and other sales tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Management, IT, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Admin / Sales Operations / Sales Support (IT industry preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Understanding of IT sales processes and project-based documentation.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- English reading and writing skills required.
- Experience in B2B IT solutions, system integrator, or banking projects.
- Familiar with CRM/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of tender or e-procurement processes.
