Job Description
- Assist in organizing and scheduling project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress, identify risks and issues, and facilitate resolution.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and action items logs.
- Support communication efforts by preparing project updates, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving within projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree (S1) preferably from Computer Science/Tech/related background
- Creative, proactive, good analytical skill
- Has experience of doing project development
- Fluent in English both oral and written. Plus point for Mandarin speaking ability.
- Have good organizational skill and able to work in a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other related software
