Job Description
As an IT Project Manager Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring that all issues on our JIRA board are linked with one another, managing any leftover tasks that need to be carried over to the next sprint, and creating sprint reports. You will work closely with our product managers and development teams to ensure that our JIRA board is up-to-date and accurate.
Your Crucial Role:
- Ensure that all issues on the Jira board are linked with one another and appropriately categorized
- Assist with managing the backlog of tasks and determining which tasks need to be carried over to the next sprint
- Work with product managers to ensure that deadlines are met and all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Create sprint reports and share them with the team at the end of each sprint
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the Jira board is up-to-date and accurate
- Troubleshoot any issues with the Jira board and escalate them to the appropriate parties as needed
- Assist with other project management tasks as needed
Requirements
- Final year student & freshgrads are welcomed
- Proficient in Jira and agile methodologies
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts and practices
