Job Description
- Lead end-to-end project management lifecycle including planning, scope of works, timeline, budget, resource allocation, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, & closing.
- Identify and propose additional solutions to support client needs and expand service opportunities.
- Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
- Guide, motivate, and manage teams to increase productivity and performance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams and senior management
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive structured decision-making
- Monitor project performance through data-driven reporting and governance processes
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement corrective actions proactively
- Ensure project outcomes meet agreed quality and business objectives
Requirements
- 5 years of experience handling project and/or 2 years of experience managing complex projects is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management
- Self-driven with strong capability in leadership, client relationship management, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, issue resolution, and contract negotiation.
- Experienced in monitoring team performance and preparing reports
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work within structured governance and reporting frameworks
- Familiar with project management tools
- Proficient in Bahasa and English
- Hold professional certification will be an advantage
- Willing to full WFO from Mampang Prapatan, Jakarta Selatan
