Job Description
1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, team members, and upper management.
4. Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Facilitate regular meetings to update all parties on project progress and address any concerns.
6. Assemble and lead a diverse project team, assigning tasks based on skills and expertise.
7. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
8. Monitor project risks and adjust plans as necessary to avoid or minimize impact.
9. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
10. Establish quality standards and ensure deliverables meet these standards. Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure the project is on track and meets requirements.
11. Be flexible and adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
12. Manage and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve project outcomes.
13. Able to manage multiple projects in the same time
Requirements
1. Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration
2. Experience in Marketing Software Development, Business Operational Information System. AI development is a plus point.
3. Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues, good English is a plus
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
6. Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
7. Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills
8. A bachelor's degree/Diploma degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
9. Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta and occasional business trips across cities.
