Job Description
- Lead the charge: Manage and deliver IT projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
- Bridge the gap: You’ll bridge the gap between what clients want and what our team delivers, translating client needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Plan and execute: Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and coordinate tasks to keep projects on track.
- Stay on track: Keep projects on time and budget while identifying and managing risks and overcoming roadblocks.
- Keep everyone in the loop: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any changes.
- Champion of change: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing lessons learned.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the consultancy industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Stellar problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make complex ideas simple and understandable.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in project management tools, like JIRA, etc.
- Experience working according to the Scrum methodology.
- Attitude: Proactive, positive, and ready to face new challenges with a smile.
