Job Description
- Oversee the end-to-end management of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to project organization, scheduling, and execution.
- Maintain close coordination with headquarters to align project strategies, priorities, and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, processes, and best practices in project management.
- Act as a liaison between the Beijing and Jakarta teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must.
- Working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector is a plus.
- A solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, is preferred.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Willing to Work From Office (WFO)
