Job Description
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing core business backend systems under mentorship
- Learn and apply programming principles to optimize application performance
- Support the development and testing of new features and services
- Participate in troubleshooting and improving system stability
- Collaborate on projects that modernize business-critical applications
Requirements
- Final year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn specialized business systems and programming languages
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (training provided)
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication abilities
