Job Description
-Support in customer presentations and advice on areas as solutions, implementation of them and operational processes
-Provide assistance on implementation and operational processes for supply chain solutions
-Roll-out new solutions for customer with documentations
Operations Team
- Work closely with operations teams to understand the business requirement
- Ensure that system & operational solutions fulfil customer requirements and are implemented correctly
- Work with operations teams on continuous operations process improvement IT Dept
- Point of contact from product management team for assigned projects
- Support the IT project manager during project planning
- Work closely with regional team to drive innovation and the implementation
Requirements
Divisional Experience
• Strong knowledge in supply chain process
• Strong knowledge in 3rd party logistics (warehouse and transportation management)
• Minimum 3 years experience in software and database development
• Excellent task and time management, communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and system design skill
• Team management
• Process management.
• Change management experience
• Experience with Manhattan Associate WMS is preferred
Geographical Experience
• High mobility due to project support
Education Qualification
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a relevant business or technical subject. (E.g., Logistics, Project Mgmt, IT, Industrial Eng.)
