Position Overview:
As an IT Product Manager at LindungiHutan.com, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering groundbreaking technology solutions that contribute to our environmental conservation efforts. You will collaborate with a diverse and talented team, working towards a common goal of safeguarding our planet's natural resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Lead the development of a clear product vision and long-term strategy, aligned with our environmental conservation objectives. Identify innovative opportunities and areas for technological enhancement.
- Requirements Definition: Gather and analyze user feedback, stakeholder input, and market insights to define detailed product requirements. Prioritize features that align with our mission and create compelling user experiences.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to release. Efficiently manage resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful product delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our tech, design, and environmental teams to foster a collaborative environment. Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Product Development: Act as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring that products are built to meet specifications and adhere to quality standards. Provide technical guidance and support as needed.
- Product Launch and Marketing: Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies and product launch plans. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create impactful campaigns that raise awareness of our products.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor product performance and user engagement. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and guide future product iterations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field (prefered)
- Having experience join bootcamp, training etc (prefered)
- Proven experience (usually 4+ years) in product management, preferably in the IT or environmental technology industry.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Passion for environmental conservation and a desire to make a positive impact on the planet.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
