Job Description
- Oversee and monitor the overall IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic goals, timeline, and budget.
- Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, templates, and reporting formats across all projects.
- Track and analyze project performance, risks, issues, and resource utilization to ensure delivery efficiency.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Business Consultants, Developers, and Product Teams to ensure project execution consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement in project governance, delivery efficiency, and team collaboration.
- Support management in prioritization, resource planning, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or IT Delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project tracking tools & Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
