Job Description
Responsible for ensuring that all IT projects within the retail organization are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role acts as a bridge between IT teams and business departments
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Monitoring: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for IT projects, Track project progress and ensure all milestones are met according to schedule.
- Governance & Documentation: Establish project management standards and ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, Track project risks and issues, and coordinate mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical departments, Provide regular project updates and status reports to management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO or Project Coordinator role with manage multiple project
- Skilled in preparing project charters, status reports, and risk analyses.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
