Job Description
- IT Incident Management: Identify, analyze and report work results. Work closely with IT GRC in managing IT incidents
- IT Asset Management: Identify, analyze and report work results. Work with IT GRC in managing IT assets
- IT Network Management: Perform identification, analysis and report job results. Perform maintenance and periodically monitor the internal office network
- IT Office resource operation & monitoring: Perform identification, analysis and report job results. Perform monitoring activities and manage IT resources within the office
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Understand IT operations in general, have basic knowledge of networking and device troubleshooting
- Good communication and problem solving skills
