Job Description
Network management
- Design network diagram and topology for the new site (office, warehouse, hub, store, etc)
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Manage and monitor all installed network systems and infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, access points.
Security excellence
- Keep the premises secure from unauthorized access
- Provide secure network mechanism between premises and application
Operational excellence
- Keep the network stable and well-performed 24/7
- Monitor network performance all the time
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all network configurations, changes, and protocols.
Team-work excellence
- Collaborate with other teams on network-related matters
- Work together with stake holder / IT support / vendor / end user to solve the problem
Trouble-shooting excellence
- Troubleshoot network issues and outages, providing timely resolutions.
- Be able to quick identify the problem and give accurate solution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of IT Network Engineer experience is required
- Able to demonstrate how to setup properly network infrastructure on office or warehouse with 1000 employee on his own
- In-depth knowledge of Network design
- In-depth knowledge of Mikrotik router
- In-depth knowledge of Fortigate firewall or other brand
- In-depth knowledge of Ruijie/Aruba/TPLink Access Points
- Have knowledge in SD-WAN
- Have knowledge in NGFW
- Fast and quick response and communication
- Data oriented, able to quantify and measurable person
- Fast learner
Plus point:
- Familiar with CCTV, NVR, DVR
- Familiar with Linux operating systems
- Familiar with Cloud platforms/technologies AWS & GCP
- Familiar with scripting
- Be able to do automation for repetitive task
